If your pillow inserts arrive vacuum-sealed for easy shipping, it is normal for them to appear flat and wrinkled upon opening. To restore their original shape and loft, follow these steps:

1. Remove the pillow inserts from their vacuum-sealed covers.

2. Gently fluff and shake the pillow inserts to redistribute the filling. This will help them regain their fullness and shape.

3. If desired, you can place the pillow inserts in the dryer on a low heat setting for a few minutes. This will further fluff them up. However, avoid using high heat as it may damage the filling or fabric.

4. Another option is to use a handheld steamer. Hold the steamer a few inches away from the pillow inserts and move it in a sweeping motion to steam the entire surface. This will help remove any wrinkles and freshen up the pillows.

Once you have fluffed and steamed or dried the pillow inserts, they can be inserted back into the vacuum-sealed pillow covers for use. Remember to periodically fluff and shake the pillows to maintain their shape and loft over time. Enjoy the comfort and support they provide!
